Tips on Dieting

isa ako sa mga taong may weight problem. para sa akin isa lang ang kasagutan para maging successuful ang pagda-diet.

sabi sa health book na nabasa ko and may i quote:

LOSING WEIGHT is a long term process: it takes MONTHS. There is no MIRACULOUS crash diet to take off large amounts of weight in a few days. Even if a person ate NOTHING at all for a week - he could lose ONLY 5lb (2.3 kg.) of body fat.

EXERCISE is not an effectve way of losing weight. You would need to walk about 50 miles (80km) to use up a single pound of body fat.

The better way of taking off weight is to eat fewer calories. Cut down on foods that supply few nutrients but are high in calories - sugar, fats and alcohol- and to keep consumption of NUTRIENT-RICH FOODS- FISH, MEAT, CHEESE, FRUIT and VEGETABLES at a normal level. But AVOID, avocados, which are rich in fat, and BANANAS, DATES AND FIGS, which contain a lot of sugar.


Exercise sa gabi at uminom ng maraming maligamgam na tubig.
